Privacy Policy
We collect as little personal information as possible, and only what is needed to sell and deliver a digital product.
Information we collect
When you purchase a kit we receive your email address and a record of the transaction (kit purchased, amount, date and payment status). Card details are entered directly with our payment processor and are never stored on our systems.
How we use it
We use your email to deliver your purchase, send your access link, and respond to support or refund requests. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with contractors, insurers or any other provider.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Their handling of payment data is governed by their own privacy policy.
Analytics
We may use privacy-conscious analytics to understand aggregate site usage, such as which pages are viewed. We do not include your email address, payment details, or the contents of your completed checklists in analytics events.
Your kit contents
Anything you write into a downloaded kit stays with you. Kits are files you fill in yourself; we never receive that content.
Your choices
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your purchase record by emailing support@quotechecklist.com. Some records are retained where required for tax and accounting purposes.
