Refund Policy

If a kit is not useful to you, email us within 30 days of your purchase date and we will refund your payment. You do not need to explain yourself, though feedback is always welcome and helps us improve the kits.

How to request a refund

Email support@quotechecklist.com from the address you used at checkout, and include the name of the kit you purchased.

Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take several business days for the credit to appear on your statement.

Digital delivery

Kits are digital files delivered immediately after payment. Requesting a refund ends your license to use the files, and we ask that you delete any downloaded copies.

Abuse

We may decline refunds where there is evidence of repeated purchase-and-refund activity or redistribution of the files.
